Lovely quiet setting but within 5 minutes walk of buzzy Stratford. Drenagh and Simon made us most welcome. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable and the breakfast superb.
We tried three of the recommended restaurants and were not disappointed with any of them.
Loved walking into town along the canal tow path. A thoroughly enjoyable week end. - Glenda
We recently enjoyed a short break at Hardwick House. We were really pleased with both the welcome we received, the standard and cleanliness of the accommodation and the lovely breakfast! The hotel is in a quiet residential setting, but within a very short walking distance of the charms of the town centre. We would have no hesitation in recommending the Hardwick House - enjoy! - John & Adele
I'm a Chilean PhD student in Birmingham and I go to Stratford to see the threatre once per month at least. I found Hardwick house from internet and it seemed to me very familiar, trustable and confortable place to stay during my time there. I wasn't wrong. Drenagh and Simon are lovely people, very hospitalarian and friendly. The B&B is amazing for the price, it's very clean, confortable and quite for a relaxing time. It's located very near to the centre, probably 5 minutes walking. And one of the best things is the breakfast: they cook delicious English Breakfast and marvelous porridge. The Hardwick House is 100% recomendable. - Francis
We have stayed at Hardwick House several times. Simon and Drenagh always make us feel at home. The lodgings are very comfortable and modern and the location is superb—within easy walking distance of the center of the city. We will ALWAYS stay at Hardwick House when we visit Stratford-upon Avon. - Neil and Debra Salowitz
